GETTING STARTED WITH AUTOPAY
Turning on Autopay
- Visit the Pay My Bill page and find your location
- Click the View Rentals button to launch the account portal
- Login to your account
- Click the Autopay – On button
Select the payment method from the dropdown and choose the date you wish your payment to happen.
Note: You should choose a date within the first 5 days of the month so you don’t incur a late fee
- Click Enable Autopay.
⚠ You can disable the payment day choice and set the autopay date to the due date by going to your facility Billing Settings and checking the box for Autopay – Always set autopay to rental due date.
