No, but there is a one-time administrative fee. Instead of holding a security deposit that could tie up your money over the length of your stay, we have decided to charge a one time administrative fee of $25 due at signing. This generally helps to cover the office and overhead charges associated with administering your lease, which in turn helps to keep your monthly rent at an affordable rate.
If we don’t receive payment by the due date, access to the facility may be suspended and a late fee and overlock on the unit will be added to the unit at the end of the grace period. Further delinquency will result in a lien processing fee and the auction process as noted in the lease. We want to help our tenants avoid unnecessary fees and offer automatic withdrawal of payments so you never miss a due date!
